Worthwhile knowing

• Children’s reductions: Children up to the age of 3 stay free of charge in their parents‘ room. Children between 4 and 15 years of age receive a discount of 10 - 70%.

• Single supplement: We charge an additional 20 - 50% per day for the use of a double room for one person only.

• Arrival & Departure: On the day of arrival, your room will be ready from 1 p.m. On the day of departure, the room must be vacant from 11 a.m.

• Short stay: For stays up to 3 nights only, we charge a supplement of 20%.

• Regarding offers: Different offers cannot be combined with each other. We reserve the right to programme changes. All hiking trips organised by the hotel must have a minimum participation of at least 8 people.

• Type of payment: Payment can be made in cash, by cheque or with credit card.

• Pet policy: Pets are not allowed at Hotel Stefaner.
