The village of Tiers am Rosengarten/Tires -Catinaccio is situated in the Rosengarten- Latemar holiday region. The main characteristic of this area is the Dolomite mountains, also called the ‘page mountains’. In 2009, they were declared a UNESCO World Heritage site and they will enchant you with their magnificent landscape.
At the foot of the Schlern/Sciliar mountain, the symbol of South Tyrol, there is the Seiser Alm/Alpe di Siusi, which every year draws many thousands of tourists and locals alike.
