At the Hotel Stefaner, the chef himself takes care of your wellbeing. The menu offers a variety of the traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, such as classic Italian dishes.
Our chef Georg Villgrattner prepares all the dishes with love for food and a lot of fantasy. The products and ingredients derive from the local market and farms in the area. The wild herbs are collected during the walking tour in the Dolomites.
Cooking with wild herbs has a long tradition at the Hotel Stefaner. Depending on the season, Georg Villgrattner uses only fresh herbs and flavours and creates gently his alpine menus, combined with Mediterranean easiness.
Typical local dishes, starting from homemade pasta stuffed with herbs over venison meals to South Tyrolean desserts and homemade bread enchant even demanding tastes.
All the menus are served with a proper choice of Italian and South Tyrolean vines to complete the tasty experience on a high level.
